Convert, build and homestead a new loft

Unnoticed among the pallor of American cities stand sound and stately but neglected buildings for want of economic vitality and populaces to behold them. Many of them are suitable candidates for loft conversion. With the nearly $200000 net present value i have paid in rent through these years, i could have build one.
